I stopped by today after a rock hit my windshield, fully expecting I’d need a repair. They took the time to carefully inspect it and explained that it was only a small surface mark and not an actual chip or crack. They were very honest and told me a repair wasn’t necessary. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell or charge me for something I didn’t need. Super professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. On Friday after Thanksgiving, new to El Paso, I made a cold call based on Google search, and got Bob on the phone. Three times, as I was unsure of my car's model. Bob was also engaged by my Insurer and got me all set up for the following Monday. On Monday, met Fred at the 811 Southwestern facility, who had all the paperwork ready for my signature. He thought I was just dropping the car off, but I wanted to wait for it. He made the arrangements so it would be worked on immediately. A young man named Adam did the window replacement. I watched, and was impressed by his deliberate and focused approach to his work as he prepped the car and made the replacement. A very pleasant experience, due to the professionalism, friendliness, and focus on customer and job. I mentioned the names of the staff so that they might get appropriate recognition. ~ Heinz M
We had a great experience with them. It's when someone has to deal with problems that you see how much they really care. After installation of a new windshield, it made too much noise while driving. We took it back and they gave us great customer service and listened to our concerns. They completely redid the job at no cost after finding the leak, and even gave me a ride home because it would take several hours before ready. Fred Baca was very friendly and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with their work. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone. ~ Rikki H
