On Friday after Thanksgiving, new to El Paso, I made a cold call based on Google search, and got Bob on the phone. Three times, as I was unsure of my car's model. Bob was also engaged by my Insurer and got me all set up for the following Monday. On Monday, met Fred at the 811 Southwestern facility, who had all the paperwork ready for my signature. He thought I was just dropping the car off, but I wanted to wait for it. He made the arrangements so it would be worked on immediately. A young man named Adam did the window replacement. I watched, and was impressed by his deliberate and focused approach to his work as he prepped the car and made the replacement. A very pleasant experience, due to the professionalism, friendliness, and focus on customer and job. I mentioned the names of the staff so that they might get appropriate recognition. ~ Heinz M

I stopped by today after a rock hit my windshield, fully expecting I’d need a repair. They took the time to carefully inspect it and explained that it was only a small surface mark and not an actual chip or crack. They were very honest and told me a repair wasn’t necessary. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell or charge me for something I didn’t need. Super professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. It’s rare to find a shop that puts integrity over making a quick dollar. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants straightforward and trustworthy service. ~ Andre J

We had a great experience with them. It's when someone has to deal with problems that you see how much they really care. After installation of a new windshield, it made too much noise while driving. We took it back and they gave us great customer service and listened to our concerns. They completely redid the job at no cost after finding the leak, and even gave me a ride home because it would take several hours before ready. They were fast to answer my email inquiring about a quote for our van's windshield replacement! So far they were the best & highest BBB scored business. I originally booked an appt. with the large national company that starts with an "S" and ends in an "E", but cancelled that appt. after finding out the price quoted ballooned to almost $400 by the time they added everything in! Southwest Auto Glass did the whole windshield replacement for $305.68 everything included! I did bring the car to them instead of them coming to me, but the service was top notch and the finished product is just like the original. They also did it on a moments notice! Thank you! ~ J. J

I called to inquire about getting my windshield repaired. The associate on the phone, Jessica, was extremely helpful and honest. The area of damage was not repairable, and she was able to explain to me, with complete candor, my options. It's rare you find a place that isn't trying to gouge you for your money, so if you want to a place that takes the time to explain things to you thoroughly, give you an honest quote, and provide good customer service, this is the place I would choose. ~ Erik V

Awesome place & great people! I called 2 different times & spoke to 2 different girls, one at the westside location & one at Montana location both these ladies super nice, super understanding at both tried to help me and get me in asap because my motor regulator for my window broke. Southwest Auto takes care of all of my vehicles, whether it be simple rock chip repairs, a side mirror replacement, a new rear truck canopy window (yah, I know I owe you a big one for that Fred!!), or a full front window replacement. Their prices are more than fair and their work is prompt and always thoroughly well done. They're pretty nice guys too!! I can't recommend high enough!!! ~ Gavin L

These guys over at Southwest Auto Glass are the best. They replaced the windshield on my 87 El Camino and did a great job. I was a bit nervous about the trim being bent but was pleasantly surprised they had done a perfect job. I will be returning for all my auto glass needs. Super helpful! They called my insurance company for me and filed the claim right away. Insurance paid for my chip repair. I would not have known this if it wasn't for the helpful folks at Southwest Auto Glass. 5 stars. (And they were close to home.) Highly recommend. If you're looking to get your windshield replaced, look no further than Southwest Auto Glass. Frank and his team exceeded my expectations in price, quality, and getting the job done right the first time -way sooner than expected. After a drunk ex friend kicked in the windshield, I had it towed in to Southwest. I drive a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta. While it may be an older model VW, I only want the highest quality parts installed, for the sake of reliability. I was expecting to pay more considering import parts usually cost more, especially if you want OEM quality and performance, and if your vehicle has a rain sensor or other features. Frank reassured me that the "generic" PGW brand would be of OEM quality, and at $253.36 after tax, title, license, storage fees, and brain injury charges, I couldn't be more satisfied. (Just kidding about the storage fees and brain injury charges.) I left the car around 11AM and Frank called at 3 PM the same day informing me she was ready to be picked up. By the way, they really exceeded my expectations by vacuuming up all the broken glass in my interior. Frank and the team at Southwest Auto Glass have definitely earned my friends and family's business for years to come. I'm definitely taking my Mercedes-Benz and other VW's when it comes time for a replacement windshield! ~ Michael R
